Returns and Exchanges

Every HOPE sweatshirt is made just for you, after you order. Because of that, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size or color. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you're sending HOPE as a gift, double-checking the size will help make sure it feels like a hug when it arrives.

If something goes wrong
If your sweatshirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or if it gets lost on the way, we want to make it right. Email us at hopeinhindy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of your expected delivery date if it never arrives) with a photo if you have one and your order number. Please put "Order Help" in the subject line, and let us know whether you'd like a replacement or a refund. We’ll take care of whichever you prefer.

Changes to your order
Because orders go into production quickly, email us right away if you need to change anything. We will do our best, but we can't promise it will be possible.
